UHCCY supports OEM and private-label supply for selected electrical and solar products, with customization defined around the exact model, order quantity, market, packaging, documentation, and compliance requirements.
OEM & Private Label Electrical Products
OEM projects work best when commercial customization is separated from safety-critical product requirements. We can review branding, labeling, packaging, model naming, documentation, and selected product options while keeping electrical ratings, materials, construction, and certification boundaries aligned with the applicable product platform.
Available OEM Options
- Brand logo and product marking where the product and process allow it.
- Private-label model naming and customer SKU mapping.
- Retail, distributor, or project packaging formats.
- Outer-carton marks, barcode labels, and packing information.
- Manuals, product labels, and selected documentation formats.
- Color, accessory, cable, or configuration options where technically available for the selected model.
OEM Project Workflow
- Send your requirement: product/model, electrical ratings, quantity, target market, branding files, and packaging expectations.
- Feasibility review: we confirm which elements can be customized and identify items that require samples, tooling, testing, or certification review.
- Sample or artwork confirmation: labels, printing, packaging, drawings, and samples are confirmed before mass production when required.
- Commercial confirmation: MOQ, price, lead time, payment, packing, and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation or order documents.
- Production and inspection: production follows the confirmed specification, followed by the applicable product and packaging checks.
What We Need to Quote an OEM Project
For a useful quotation, provide the product or closest reference model, required ratings, estimated order quantity, destination market, expected annual demand if available, logo files, packaging requirements, required certificates or standards, and any dimensional or compatibility constraints.
MOQ, Samples & Lead Time
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, stock status, level of customization, packaging, tooling, and documentation requirements. Standard products with simple label or packaging changes usually have a different MOQ and lead time from projects that require new molds, components, testing, or certification work.
Compliance Boundaries
OEM branding does not automatically extend an existing approval to a new model, rating, construction, trademark, or target market. Where a specific certification is mandatory, the exact product and branding arrangement should be reviewed before the order is finalized.
Start an OEM Review
Send the product reference, specification, quantity, target market, and branding or packaging files. UHCCY can then confirm the practical customization scope before preparing a commercial quotation.
